We are looking for a motivated and dependable team player to join our growing team! Our dedicated trainers will provide you with thorough hands-on training to guide you on your journey to becoming a Certified Cleaning Technician. You’ll witness firsthand how our commission-based pay structure generously recognizes the efficiency and hard work of our team, with most averaging between $20 and $28 per hour!

Our office is conveniently located in Newport News, VA. We highly value your time and travel, eliminating the need for daily office check-ins. As your skills flourish, our goal is to keep your route close to home.

Job Requirements & Details:

  • Year-Round Full-Time Positions Only
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
  • Reliable transportation and a working cell phone are required daily
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 20lbs consistently and perform necessary cleaning duties
  • Service Areas: Hampton, Carrollton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, Seaford, Williamsburg, Hayes, and Gloucester

As our Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our office and the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our welcoming and organized office space for our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Be the welcoming face of our office and build rapport with clients by providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, managing emails, and taking care of the office in a hands-on manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support as needed to ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • CRM Management: Ensure our client data is spot-on and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of office inventory, including cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Inbound Sales Calls: Handle inquiries from potential customers and assist them in understanding our products/services.
  • Attentive Listening/Negotiation: Identify client needs and deliver unmatched sales solutions while driving client interactions to ensure win-win outcomes.
