Our Mission
PARAGON’S CORE VALUES:
Transparency
Openness, communication, and accountability. Whether things are good or bad, you openly and honestly convey information as you know it. Your ego is not involved.
Safety
Every decision is made with with our “safety first” and “employee safety” lens.
Passion
It means something when you love WHAT you do, you love WHY you do it, you love the people you work with, you love the people you serve, and knowing that has great value.
Do The Right Thing
Make decisions that are not based on your own personal needs, that don’t expand your popularity, or enforce your personal beliefs. It means doing what is best for the greater or common good.
Grace
Give yourself and others permission to be a work in progress. Grace evokes a harmonious and productive work environment, and it reveals character.
Cleaning a house is one thing, but cleaning with passion and purpose is EVERYTHING to us.
IMPORTANT MOMENTS
One day we were cleaning for a client who needed our help. She had been battling depression and life’s other obstacles for some time. We made several trips to clean each room, organize, and purge the items one by one. After countless hours of bringing the home back to life, you could finally see the floors in the bedrooms. The joy and excitement from every single person in the house was worth every minute spent inside the home. Before we left, the young daughter looked up to me and said “wow, now I can finally have friends come over.” The tears that followed in that moment were tears I will never forget, that still come back every time I think back to that day. We continued to clean for this client and the shift in the mood and home was so significant. I saw first hand how a clean home and clean environment can drastically improve the mental state of everyone living under one roof. I can’t take all of the credit for the client’s mental state, she took the steps necessary for her mental health and found solutions. Paragon was simply a tool utilized in that moment to help someone that was overwhelmed. We are passionate about what we do because of moments like this.
We had another client who was very special. She was truly someone I admired and looked up to. She was always so appreciative when we arrived and grateful for our services. She had expressed some things to me a few times and I did not fully understand the severity of what she was explaining. Until one day I received a phone call that she had committed suicide. It was in that very moment that I knew I had to do something. I knew I had to step up and advocate for mental health awareness. Our motto has always been “Your health and home matter to us.”. Now, more than ever, that motto has a much deeper meaning. In honor of this client I have vowed to myself and my company to make sure we go above and beyond expectations to show people we care. We now partner with MHA to share mental health information, and will match donations collected for this non profit. If you are interested in partnering with us on this mission you can do so here
In our line of work we have witnessed first hand how a persons home can be a direct reflection of their mental state, whether that may be:
We are honored to give our clients the gifts that can not be bought; time and peace of mind.
We’re more than a cleaning company, we are a team that cares and wishes to make a positive impact in our community.
