Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments: We strive to be flexible and accommodating to your needs. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a notice of at least 2 business days. This helps us ensure the best service for all our clients.
In the event that a notice of less than 2 business days is provided, a 50% fee will be applicable. This fee will either be deducted from your deposit or charged to the card on file. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that availability may vary.
Skipped Cleaning Option: We want you to get the most out of our services, which is why we offer a Skipped Cleaning option. If you choose to skip a scheduled cleaning appointment, a Skipped Cleaning fee of just $25 will be applied for each additional week that passes until your next cleaning appointment. This fee will be seamlessly incorporated into your subsequent serviced invoice.
To ensure you don’t encounter the Skipped Cleaning fee, we offer you the flexibility to reschedule your cleaning appointment with just a little more than 2 business days’ notice instead of having to skip it. After rescheduling, you can look forward to getting back on track with your regular cleaning schedule. Please keep in mind that rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
